Terms of Use

Last updated July 15, 2026

These terms are a working product draft for Recipe Binder and should be reviewed by legal counsel before broad public launch.

Using Recipe Binder

Recipe Binder helps you import, organize, illustrate, save, and print recipes. You are responsible for reviewing every recipe before cooking, sharing, printing, or relying on it.

AI-Assisted Results

Recipe Binder may use automated and AI-based tools to extract, organize, summarize, rewrite, format, or illustrate recipe content. AI-generated results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for checking ingredients, quantities, temperatures, cooking times, substitutions, allergens, and safety instructions.

Food Safety

Recipe Binder does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy, or professional food-safety advice. Follow current food-safety guidance, verify safe internal temperatures with an appropriate food thermometer, and account for individual allergies and dietary needs.

Your Content

Upload, import, save, or share only content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to use. You remain responsible for recipes, photographs, descriptions, links, notes, and other materials that you upload, publish, share, or distribute.

Generative Credits and Payments

Some features require generative credits. Credits are not currency and have no cash value. Credit deductions, refunds, verified technical failures, cancellations, and purchases are governed by the Credits & Refund Policy and any applicable payment-provider terms.

Privacy and Sharing

Profiles and recipe binders are private by default unless you choose to share them. Shared features may allow invited users to view or contribute to a binder. You are responsible for deciding what to upload and who may access it.

Service Availability

Recipe Binder features may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Stored content and generated results are not guaranteed to remain permanently available. Keep independent copies of recipes, photographs, and materials that cannot be replaced.

Related Policies

Use of Recipe Binder is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Credits & Refund Policy.
