Information We Collect
Recipe Binder may collect account information, profile details, uploaded recipe content, photographs, website links, pasted text, generated images, PDFs, usage information, and payment-related records needed to operate the service.
Recipe and Uploaded Content
Uploaded content may include photographs of paper recipes, screenshots, documents, website links, notes, recipe instructions, ingredient lists, and source materials. Do not upload personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary for creating or organizing a recipe.
AI, OCR, and Image Processing
Recipe Binder may send uploaded content, prompts, recipe details, and generated outputs to service providers needed for OCR, AI-assisted recipe extraction, image generation, PDF generation, hosting, storage, authentication, email, payments, and error monitoring.
Payments
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or an app store payment system. Recipe Binder does not need to store full card numbers in the app.
Sharing and Visibility
Profiles and recipe binders are private by default unless you choose to share them. If sharing features are enabled, invited users may be able to view, edit, or add recipes according to the permissions available in the product.
Retention and Backups
Recipe Binder may retain account records, recipes, source uploads, generated files, logs, and backups as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Deleted information may remain in backups or logs for a limited time.
Security
Recipe Binder uses reasonable safeguards for account and recipe content, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep independent copies of recipes and materials that cannot be replaced.
Children
Recipe Binder is not intended for children under 13. Age eligibility and child-privacy requirements should be reviewed before broad public launch.

You may update profile information, choose what to upload, control sharing choices where available, and contact support about account or content questions.
